Christmas Light Installation in Surrey & the Lower Mainland
Pellegrini Property Services designs, installs, maintains and removes holiday lighting for homes, strata properties and commercial sites across the Lower Mainland. We supply the lights, we hang them, we take them down after the season, and we store them until next year. You never touch a ladder, and nothing ends up in your garage.
Fully insured and WorkSafeBC covered. We carry $5 million liability insurance and full WorkSafeBC coverage — which matters when someone is working at height on your roofline, or over a public sidewalk.
Takedown and storage are included
One price covers the whole season: design, lights, installation, maintenance through the winter, removal afterwards, and storage until next year. There is no separate takedown invoice in January, and no bins of tangled lights taking up space in your garage. When the next season comes around, we bring your lights back and put them up again.

We work at height, and we work commercial
Our crews run bucket trucks and boom lifts, so mature boulevard trees, multi-storey buildings and commercial frontages are all within reach. If your property manager or strata council needs a contractor who can produce insurance documentation and work safely over a public right of way, that is what we do year-round.

Installed once, along your roofline, and left in place year-round. Discreet by day, and at night you choose the colour.

Areas we serve
Based in Cloverdale, BC. We install holiday and permanent lighting throughout Surrey, Langley, South Surrey and White Rock, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Burnaby and Vancouver. Properties outside these areas are quoted on a per-job basis.

The installation calendar fills as the season approaches. Commercial and strata sites are best booked earliest, as they take the most planning and the most crew time.
